1 General Provisions
This Terms & Conditions ("Terms & Conditions") Bwety These terms apply to the use of the platform (https://bwety.com) and all its services. By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on Bwety, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Bwety is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and around the world. However, online betting may be legally restricted in certain countries. Users in such regions are advised to familiarize themselves with their local laws before using Bwety.
Important: These Terms & Conditions were written in Bengali for the convenience of our members. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall take precedence.
Bwety reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
2 Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account with Bwety, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age or older must be.
- You are not a resident of any country where online betting is completely prohibited.
- You are opening an account in your own name and for your own use, not on behalf of anyone else.
- You do not currently have an active account with Bwety.
Information provided at registration
You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Incorrect details may cause issues during account verification and could result in withdrawals being held. Bwety Bwety may request identity documents, bank statements, or other records for KYC verification at any time.
Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Sharing your login credentials with anyone is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.
Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.
3 Deposits & Withdrawals
Bwety currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:
- Mobile Pay – Minimum deposit ৳500, minimum withdrawal ৳500
- Nagad – Minimum deposit ৳500, minimum withdrawal ৳500
- Rocket – Minimum deposit ৳500, minimum withdrawal ৳500
Deposit Process
Deposits are generally credited to your account within 5–15 minutes. If a deposit takes longer than 30 minutes, please contact us via live chat and keep a screenshot of your payment for reference. Bwety No deposit fees are charged; however, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal Process
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours. Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made. KYC verification is mandatory prior to your first withdrawal.
Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. See the Bonus section for full details.
Maximum Withdrawal Limit
Daily withdrawal limit is ৳50,000 and weekly limit is ৳2,00,000. Separate limits apply for VIP members. Contact support to request a limit increase.
4 Betting Rules
BwetyBefore placing bets on Bwety, please review the general rules below:
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Only bets placed before the betting market closes are valid.
- Bwety reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
- Live betting markets may fluctuate after a match has started.
- Bets placed using obvious odds errors (odds abnormally higher than market value) will be voided.
If a match is cancelled or suspended
If a match is cancelled or not completed within the scheduled time, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes refunded. For live betting, bets may be voided if the required amount of play has not been completed after the match has started.
Single & Multiple Bets
Bwety offers Single bets, Accumulator/Parlay bets combining multiple events, and System bets. With multi-event bets, losing a single event may result in losing the entire bet.
5 Bonus & Promotion Terms
All bonuses and promotions on Bwety are subject to their own terms and conditions. Accepting a bonus constitutes agreement to the specific terms attached to it.
Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 100% Welcome Bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw bonus funds, a minimum wagering requirement of 5x the bonus amount must be met. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳5,000 in total bets.
General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly; they may only be used for betting.
- Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited.
- If wagering requirements are not completed within the specified time frame, the bonus will be forfeited.
- Some bonuses may apply only to specific games or markets.
- If fraudulent bonus use is detected, Bwety reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
Bonus arbitrage, bonus abuse, and bonus hunting are prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account may be closed.
6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bwety and may result in account closure and legal action:
- Match fixing or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event.
- Placing bets through fraudulent means or using betting software.
- Hacking an account or attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
- Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
- Attempting to introduce malware or viruses into Bwety's systems.
- Harassing other members or engaging in inappropriate behavior.
- Accessing the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.
If any fraudulent activity is detected, Bwety reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities. No exceptions will be made in such cases.
7 Account Suspension & Closure
Bwety reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- Violating the Terms & Conditions.
- Failing KYC verification or providing false information.
- Evidence of suspicious betting patterns or fraud.
- Orders from a court or regulatory authority.
- At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
Before closing an account, Bwety will notify the member by email and give them an opportunity to respond. However, in cases of serious terms violations, the account may be closed without notice.
8 Privacy & Data Protection

- Your personal information will never be sold to third parties.
- Your information will be used solely for service improvement, verification, and legal compliance purposes.
- All data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption.
- Members may request that their personal data be deleted.
9 Responsible Gaming Policy
Bwety firmly believes that betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all members to bet responsibly.

10 Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. They will review your case within 72 hours.
If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, the matter may be escalated to management level. In all disputes, Bwety's system logs and records shall serve as the final and conclusive evidence.
In the event of a dispute, Bwety's records and log data shall serve as the definitive reference. Bwety is not liable for incorrect information displayed as a result of technical errors.
11 Legal Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by international gaming law and the regulations of Bwety's licensing authority. In the event of any legal dispute, the courts of the licensing jurisdiction shall have final authority.
Users in Bangladesh are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws when using the platform. Any breach of local law is solely the responsibility of the member concerned. Bwety does not facilitate or assume liability for violations of local legislation under any circumstances.
